Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Joey. They apply to the Joey iPhone app and getjoey.io. You must be 18 or older to use Joey. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Joey.

Joey is free during the Alpha. We can change or stop features at any time. Information in Joey can be incomplete or wrong, and we do not promise any result.

Keep your account secure. Do not misuse Joey, break the law with it, harass other people, or try to get access that you do not have.

Joey and its content belong to us. You keep the rights to the content that you give us, and you let us use it to provide Joey.

You can stop the use of Joey and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

• These terms are between you and Joey, not Apple. Joey, not Apple, is responsible for the app, its support and claims about it.
• You can use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, as the App Store usage rules permit.
• If the app does not conform to a warranty that applies, Apple can refund its price, if any. Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• You confirm that you are not in an embargoed country or on a United States list of restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and can enforce them.

To the extent the law permits, we provide Joey “as is”, with no warranty.

To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not let us limit.

If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

We can change these terms. We tell you in the app before an important change starts.
